Lunch Discussion: Best and Worst Experiences Receiving TA


Think back to the times when you were a recipient of training and TA.  Which engagements were helpful to you and your organizations, and which ones were not?  Please identify someone at your table to take notes, and use the following questions to guide the conversation:


* What do you remember of the TA and training engagements that you consider successful? 



* What impact did the successful engagements have on your practice and on the overall organization?



* Please share what you remember of the TA and training engagements that you consider to have been not successful?  What made those engagements not helpful to you and your organization?


* Based on what people have shared, are there elements that seem to be common to the successful engagements and to the engagements that were not so helpful?
