Who We Serve

We provide comprehensive technical assistance and training to grant recipients of the Office on Violence Against Women’s Education and Technical Assistance Grants to End Violence Against Women with Disabilities Program. Each grant recipient is required to develop a collaboration of local agencies that serve individuals with disabilities and agencies that serve victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. We provide assistance to the lead agency, members of the collaborative and their organizations, and other key stakeholders in the community.

For a list of the communities that are currently receiving funds from this grant program, please go to:

We also provide limited assistance and support to organizations and communities that are not funded through this grant program, but are committed to improving their services for victims with disabilities and Deaf victims. We do not, however, directly serve individual victims/survivors or violence. For information on available resources for victims/survivors, go to help for victims/survivors.
