Mary Oschwald is a Research Assistant Professor in the Regional Research Institute for Human Services, Graduate School of Social Work at Portland State University. Ms. Oschwald works on anti-violence projects related to women and men with disabilities by providing training and technical assistance to advocates and providers while working to ensure positive system change.
