Bonnie Brandl is the Senior Project Coordinator for the National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life (NCALL). NCALL provides technical assistance, training and consultation on domestic abuse in later life. Ms. Brandl has worked with battered women and their children for over 17 years and the Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence (WCADV) for 13 years. She was the project coordinator for WCADV’s national demonstration project on older abused women funded by the Administration on Aging from 1994-1996. Her published articles, manuals and booklets on domestic abuse in later life have been distributed throughout the country. For the past seven years, she has presented at numerous national, regional, statewide and local conferences on family violence, elder abuse and abuse of people with developmental disabilities. Ms. Brandl has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a board member of the National Committee for the Prevention of Elder Abuse and the National Association of Adult Protective Service Worker Administrators Foundation. She currently lives near Boulder, CO with her family.
